Worth knowing: the Bowness-on-Windermere clinic runs one day a week from a host salon, so prices there are a bit higher than the Morecambe ones below. You will find the Bowness prices on that location's online booking page.

What happens during your appointment

Consultation and patch test
I check brow shape, pigment colour and medical history, and carry out a patch test at least 48 hours before.

Mapping
Your brows are measured and mapped to your bone structure and facial symmetry, and drawn on for you to approve before any pigment is used.

Numbing
Topical anaesthetic is applied so the treatment is comfortable.

Pigment application
A digital machine deposits pigment in fine dots to build a soft, gradient finish from lighter at the front to deeper at the tail.

Top-up at 6-8 weeks
A second session refines colour and fills any areas that healed lighter. This is booked separately.
Results and how long they last
Brows look bold and darker for the first week, soften by around day ten and settle into their true colour at four to six weeks. Results last one to three years depending on skin type, sun exposure and aftercare.
Aftercare
- Keep brows dry for the first seven days, no swimming, saunas or steam
- Blot with clean tissue and apply the supplied balm as directed
- Do not pick or scratch flaking skin
- No makeup, exfoliants or retinol on the brows while healing
- Use SPF on healed brows to slow fading
