Consultation and assessment
I assess facial proportions as a whole, not area by area, volume loss often needs treating away from where you notice it.

Plan and consent
Product, volume, risks and cost are agreed and consented before treatment.

Treatment
Filler is placed with a needle or cannula depending on the area. Most products contain local anaesthetic.

Massage and review
The area is smoothed and checked, with a follow-up two weeks later.
Results and how long they last
You'll see a change immediately, though swelling means it won't look final for around two weeks. Depending on the area and product, results last nine to eighteen months.
Aftercare
- Expect swelling and possible bruising for three to seven days
- No make-up over injection points for 12 hours
- No gym, sauna or alcohol for 24 to 48 hours
- Do not massage the area unless instructed
- No dental work or facials for two weeks
