Consultation
I assess skin quality and plan a course, polynucleotides work as a course, not a one-off.

Numbing
Topical anaesthetic is applied, particularly important for the under-eye area.

Micro-injections
Small volumes are placed across the treatment area with a fine needle or cannula.

Repeat sessions
Typically two to three sessions, two to four weeks apart, then maintenance every six to nine months.
Results and how long they last
Skin looks fresher within two to three weeks, with the main improvement in quality, thickness and hydration appearing after the second and third sessions. Results generally hold for six to nine months.
Aftercare
- Expect small bumps at the injection points for a few hours
- Bruising under the eyes is common, allow a week before any event
- No makeup for 12 hours
- No gym, sauna or swimming for 24 hours
