    Lip Blush prices

These are my current prices at the main clinic in Bare, Morecambe. I confirm the price with you at your consultation, before anything goes ahead.

Worth knowing: the Bowness-on-Windermere clinic runs one day a week from a host salon, so prices there are a bit higher than the Morecambe ones below. You will find the Bowness prices on that location's online booking page.

    What happens during your appointment

    1. 1

      Consultation and patch test

I choose colour against your natural lip tone and skin undertone, with a patch test at least 48 hours ahead.

    2. 2

      Shape design

The lip border is drawn on and approved by you before any pigment goes in.

    3. 3

      Numbing

Strong topical numbing is applied and topped up during the treatment.

    4. 4

      Pigment application

Pigment is worked through the lip in layers to build a soft, even blush of colour.

    5. 5

      Top-up at 6-8 weeks

A second pass evens out the healed colour and deepens it if you want more intensity.

Results and how long they last

Lips are swollen and very bright for two to three days, then flake and lighten dramatically before the true soft colour returns at around four weeks. Results last two to three years.

    Aftercare

    • Keep lips moisturised with the supplied balm, do not let them dry out
    • Do not pick the flaking skin
    • Avoid spicy or acidic food and hot drinks for the first few days
    • No swimming, saunas or sunbeds for two weeks
    • Take antiviral medication first if you are prone to cold sores
